Dental Implants

Implants are artificial alloy teeth roots made of titanium. They are shanks shaped like a tooth root, and inserted into the jawbone. A few weeks later, the bone fuses with the implant into a solid structure, thus called osteointegrated implants.

Following this integration, a tooth cap (artificial crown) or a fixed bridge can be applied to the new tooth root.
